Risacca Ondell is a slender female member of the Clover Kingdom's Blue Rose squad of the Magic Knights. She possesses water magic, allowing her to generate and manipulate water. While possessed by an elf spirit, she exhibits pointed ears and red tattoos on her cheeks. Her character plays a significant role when the elves are reincarnated, leading an attack that results in a confrontation with the Magic Knights. After being exorcised, she retains some of the elf's magic. Risacca wields a three-leaf clover grimoire containing various water-based spells.
