He is characterized by his laid-back personality, laziness, and a quickness to fight when protecting allies. Despite his disloyal title, he has a deep care for his fellow elves, especially Patolli. Rhya is known for his distinctive appearance, which includes a red tattoo on his left cheek and a third eye hidden beneath his hair.
