During a tumultuous period when the Elf Tribe is reincarnated, Protobe becomes possessed by an elf spirit, gaining two red tattoos on his face and pointed ears. He joins forces with other possessed individuals to attack Hecairo, showcasing his formidable magical abilities. Despite his strength, he is eventually exorcised by Asta and left unconscious after a fierce battle, but retains some magic power from the elf.
